As a matter of fact, it is better known internationally as the home of the Dalai Lama of Tibet. It is a perfect weekend getaway if you want to switch off from your monotonous routine and get close to nature in the wilderness by the pristine riverside.

Know Your Destination

The uphill village of Khaniara is approximately 9 kilometers from the town of Dharamshala, notably situated in the foothills of Dhauladhar Mountains. It is a picturesque village which gets its name from the slate quarries which still exist here.It is known for the traditional slate roofs used in this part of the valley. The area is surrounded by views of the snow clad peaks.It is a mix of traditional and modern village houses in addition to green fields, meadows and peaceful environs.

• We only deal in 3 stars and above rated properties, luxury villas and high end apartments & home stays. Other than that,only for a few destinations which do not have such availability. However, they are comfortable, hygienic and offer a good view./li>
• A detailed trip itinerary with regard to accommodation, transfers, day wise activities, inclusions and trip cost will be shared, once you book the trip with us.
• Additions such as -extending the days of stay -adding a new destination or clubbing a trip -upgrading to an accommodation of choice- subject to availability -changes or additions in the food menu or activities can be made to the trip other than the mentioned itinerary. It may incur an additional expenditure.
