Know Your Destination
Kareri is a small picturesque, sleepy village near Dharamshala from where the Kareri lake trek begins.
The glacial Kareri trekking trail, perched high between the ranges of Dhauladhar Mountains, rather offers the most scenic views en-route Kareri village. With regard to this, it is uptill the Kareri Lake, 2934 m which is also known as the Kumarwah Lake). It lies at the foot of the Minkiani Pass. With the melting snow of the mighty Dhauladhar Mountains as its source, the pristine shallow freshwater entices the adventure enthusiasts. As a matter of fact, they also stand a chance to catch a glimpse of the many Himalayan bird and animal species alongside gushing streams. Therefore, you will come across artistic shepherd villages. They are frequented by the tribal Gaddi community as it has green pastures all around. The Lake remains frozen from December to March/April which adds to the charm of the place.

- We are immense nature lovers and care for our environment. We shall take you for a small plantation drive in the area. This will be for a little contribution from your side in light of the declining forest cover in the hills.
Travel Facts
- Our prices are all inclusive which literally means you do not spend a single penny other than any expense that is entirely personal in nature.
- Prices per person include all transfers, accommodation, all 3 meals of the day in addition to evening tea and snacks. This also includes all entry tickets, guided visits, mentioned adventure activities apart from a few surprises and incentives for our guests.
- We only deal in 3 stars and above rated properties, luxury villas and high end apartments & home stays. Other than that, only for a few destinations which do not have such availability. They are however, comfortable, hygienic and offer a good.
- A detailed trip itinerary with regard to accommodation, transfers, day wise activities, inclusions and trip cost will be shared once you book the trip with us.
- Additions such as -extending the days of stay – adding a new destination or clubbing a trip – upgrading to an accommodation of choice- subject to availability – changes or additions in the food menu/ activities can be made to the trip other than the mentioned itinerary, which may incur an additional expenditure.
